Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain.

Add the milk, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the saucepan and stir well.

Add the cooked potatoes and mixed vegetables to the saucepan and mix until well coated.
