Cheesy Crock Pot Potatoes

Slice the potatoes into thin rounds.

In a bowl, mix together the shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.

Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the crock pot, then pour half of the cheese mixture over the top.

Repeat with the remaining potatoes and cheese mixture.

Cook on low heat for 4 hours, or until the potatoes are tender.

While the potatoes are cooking, cook the bacon until crispy and crumble it.

Once the potatoes are done, sprinkle the crumbled bacon and chopped green onions on top.
