Preheat the oven to 225°C.

Pour 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil into each hole of a muffin tray and put in the oven.

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.

Gradually add the flour and salt, whisking until smooth.

Remove the muffin tray from the oven and pour in the batter, filling each hole halfway.

Place the tray back in the oven and cook for 20 minutes, or until the Yorkshire puddings have risen and turned golden brown.
