Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, ginger, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, molasses, egg, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
