Heat ghee in a pan and add vermicelli. Roast until golden brown.

In a separate pan, heat milk and cardamom. Bring it to a boil.

Add roasted vermicelli to the boiling milk and cook until vermicelli is soft.

Add sugar and mix well until dissolved.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
