In a large bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to coat the bottom.

Cook until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.

Flip the nalysnyky and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese, sour cream, and chopped green onions.

Spoon the cottage cheese mixture onto each nalysnyky and roll them up.

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook the nalysnyky until golden brown on all sides.

Serve hot with sour cream or your favorite sauce.
