Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Cut the unsalted butter into small pieces and add it to the dry ingredients. Mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Pour in the milk and vanilla extract. Stir until the dough comes together.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead it for about 1 minute. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.

Take one portion of dough and roll it into a long rope. Shape the rope into a pretzel shape and place it onto the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining portions of dough.

Press the mixed berries into the dough, gently pressing them down.

Sprinkle the pretzels with coarse sugar.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the pretzels are golden brown.
