Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until well combined.

Add the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar and eggs, and mix well.

In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture, stirring until just combined.

Spoon the batter into individual tart pans and smooth the tops.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the tarts are set.

Allow the tarts to cool for 10 minutes, then remove them from the pans.

Drizzle each tart with caramel sauce and sprinkle with shredded coconut.

Let the tarts cool completely.
