In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add onion and garlic to the pot and cook until onion is translucent.

Stir in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, corn, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Serve the soup in bowls and top with Fritos corn chips, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and green onions.
