  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.
  7. Fold in the grated zucchini.
  8. Drop tablespoon-sized portions of the batter onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
