Pour the yogurt mixture into a heatproof dish that fits inside the pressure cooker.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place it on the trivet.

Close the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.

Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.

Carefully remove the dish from the pressure cooker and let it cool to room temperature.
