  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. In a saucepan, heat milk and butter until butter is melted. Let it cool slightly.
  3. Add milk mixture and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Punch down the dough and divide into small pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.
  8. Dip each ball into melted butter, then roll in the brown sugar mixture.
  9. Arrange the coated balls in a greased baking pan.
  10. Cover with a clean towel and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  11. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  12. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
