  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the applesauce, pumpkin puree, molasses, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and egg.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
