In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the pumpkin puree and vanilla extract.
