White Chocolate Oreo Rice Krispie Treats
Rice Krispie treats were invented in the 1930s by Malitta Jensen and were originally marketed as ‘Sugar Crispies’. The recipe was then changed to include marshmallows, creating the classic treat we know today.

Melt the white chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.

Add marshmallows to the melted mixture and stir until melted.

Crush the Oreo cookies and add them to the mixture along with the Rice Krispies cereal. Mix well.

Press the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with mini Oreos.

Let the treats set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
