Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Butter, melted
  • 2 package Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup White chocolate, melted
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Crushed candy canes
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23cm) springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the sour cream, vanilla extract, and melted white chocolate. Mix until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cheesecake batter onto the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  10. Before serving, sprinkle crushed candy canes on top and garnish with whipped cream.
