Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

Cut the white bread into cubes and place them in the greased baking dish. Sprinkle white chocolate chips over the bread cubes.

In a saucepan, heat the milk, heavy cream, and granulated sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.

In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Slowly pour the warm milk mixture into the egg mixture, whisking continuously.

Pour the egg and milk mixture over the bread cubes in the baking dish. Press down gently to ensure all the bread cubes are soaked.

Dot the top with butter. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the pudding is set and golden brown.
