White chocolate is not technically chocolate, as it doesn’t contain cocoa solids. It is made from cocoa butter, sugar, and milk solids.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a heatproof bowl, melt the white chocolate and butter together over a pan of simmering water.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Gradually add the melted white chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring continuously.

Fold in the all-purpose flour and chopped almonds until just combined.

Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
