Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Spinach
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bread crumbs.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve warm with bread or tortilla chips.
