Ingredients
  • 250 gram Mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 4 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
  5. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become tender.
  6. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  7. In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed mushrooms, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, fresh thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  10. Serve warm with bread, crackers, or vegetables.
