  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 6 equal squares.
  3. Place the puff pastry squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Cut the brie cheese into small pieces and place them on top of the puff pastry squares.
  5. Peel and core the pears, then slice them thinly. Arrange the pear slices on top of the brie cheese.
  6. Drizzle honey over the pear slices and sprinkle with fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the tartlets rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
