Veggie Piglets in Blankets With Dipping Sauce
Pigs in blankets are a popular appetizer in many countries, but this vegetarian version adds a twist by using veggie sausages wrapped in puff pastry.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into strips.

Wrap each vegetarian sausage with a strip of puff pastry.

Place the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

While the piglets are baking, prepare the dipping sauce. Dice the bell pepper and red onion.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the diced vegetables until softened.

In a small bowl, mix together Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.

Add the mustard mixture to the sautéed vegetables and cook for another 2 minutes.
