  3. Wrap each vegetarian sausage with a strip of puff pastry.
  4. Place the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. While the piglets are baking, prepare the dipping sauce. Dice the bell pepper and red onion.
  7. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the diced vegetables until softened.
  8. In a small bowl, mix together Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
