  4. Add carrots, cabbage, bell peppers, and green beans. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Drain the rice noodles and add them to the pan.
  6. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  7. Add water and cover the pan. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Remove the cover and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
