  4. In a saucepan, heat the milk and butter until the butter melts. Gradually add this mixture to the egg white mixture, folding gently until well combined.
  5. Divide the mixture evenly among the prepared ramekins. Smooth the tops with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until the soufflés are puffed and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
