  2. In a medium bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the coconut milk and vanilla extract. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just blended. Fold in the shredded coconut.
