Ingredients
  • 800 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Truffle oil
  • 100 gram Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  4. Brush a baking dish with butter.
  5. Layer the potato slices in the baking dish, brushing each layer with melted butter and sprinkling with salt and black pepper.
  6. Repeat the layers until all the potatoes are used.
  7. Drizzle truffle oil over the top layer.
  8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
  10. Let the dish rest for 10 minutes before serving.
