Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Fold the whipped cream into the melted chocolate.

Add truffle oil and mix well.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.

Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.

Place the molds in the freezer and let it set for at least 2 hours.

Once set, remove the truffle pops from the molds.

Dust with cocoa powder.
