  2. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
  3. Peel and slice the carrots.
  4. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add the mushrooms, carrots, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
