S’mores are a popular campfire treat in the United States, consisting of roasted marshmallows and chocolate sandwiched between graham crackers.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour half of the chocolate mixture over the graham cracker crust. Sprinkle half of the mini marshmallows evenly over the chocolate layer.
  5. Pour the remaining chocolate mixture over the marshmallows. Top with the remaining marshmallows.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 1 hour to set completely.
  8. Cut into bars and serve.
