Triple Choc Cookies
Did you know that chocolate chip cookies were invented by Ruth Graves Wakefield in the 1930s? She ran the Toll House Inn in Massachusetts and accidentally created the cookies when she ran out of baker’s chocolate and substituted it with chopped chocolate in her cookie dough.
This is vegetarian recipe. Dish can be prepared in 55 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 12.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the egg and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the milk chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips.

Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft.

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
