Slice the pound cake into 1-inch thick slices.

In a trifle dish or glass bowl, place a layer of pound cake slices to cover the bottom.

In a separate bowl, mix the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and sugar together.

Spoon half of the berry mixture over the pound cake layer.

Spread half of the vanilla pudding over the berries.

Repeat the layers with the remaining pound cake, berries, and vanilla pudding.
