Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 cup Fresh Blackberries
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the fresh berries.
  7. Spoon the batter into greased or lined muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
