  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  4. Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the batter.
  5. In a saucepan, heat the sweetened condensed milk until warm. Pour the milk over the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the remaining brownie batter over the milk layer. Use a knife to swirl the layers together.
  7. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Allow the brownies to cool in the baking dish for 1 hour before cutting into squares.
