  2. Layer the bottom of a trifle dish with the sponge cake slices.
  3. Add a layer of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  4. Pour a layer of custard over the fruits.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
  6. Top with whipped cream.
  7. Garnish with almonds and mint leaves.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  9. Serve chilled.
