In a mixing bowl, combine the wheat flour with water to form a smooth dough. Divide the dough into three equal parts.

Blanch the spinach and carrot separately. Squeeze out any excess water and finely chop them.

In a separate bowl, mix the ground pork with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and sugar.

Take one part of the dough and knead in the spinach puree until well combined. Repeat with the carrot puree for another part of the dough.

Roll out each dough portion into a thin sheet.

Cut small circles from each colored dough using a round cutter.

Place a teaspoon of the pork filling onto each circle and fold it in half to form a dumpling shape.

Steam the dumplings for about 10 minutes or until cooked through.

Heat a pan with oil and pan-fry the dumplings until golden brown.

Serve the tri-colored dumplings in a bento box or on a plate.
