Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, evaporated milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well until smooth.

Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish. Trim and crimp the edges as desired.

Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pie crust.

Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (180°C) and continue baking for another 40-45 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let the pie cool on a wire rack for at least 2 hours.
