Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Tomatoes
  • 6 unit Hard-boiled Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Basil Leaves
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 leaves Lettuce
  • 8 unit Bread Slices
Instructions
  1. Dice the tomatoes and place them in a bowl.
  2. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs and add them to the bowl.
  3. Chop the basil leaves and add them to the bowl.
  4. In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the tomato, egg, and basil mixture and gently toss to combine.
  6. Take a slice of bread and place a lettuce leaf on it. Top with a generous amount of the tomato basil egg salad.
  7. Cover with another slice of bread. Repeat for the remaining slices of bread and salad.
  8. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
