  5. Beat in the egg yolks one at a time.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Use a fork to make a crisscross pattern on each cookie.
