Sweet Potato and Apple Casserole
Sweet potatoes are a great source of vitamin A, vitamin C, and dietary fiber.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Peel and slice the sweet potatoes and apples.

In a large bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, apples, melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil, sprinkle the pecans and marshmallows on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are tender and the marshmallows are golden brown.

Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving.
