  5. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  6. In a large pot, bring water and baking soda to a boil.
  7. Divide the dough into small pieces and shape them into pretzels or bites.
  8. Boil the pretzels or bites in the baking soda water for 30 seconds.
  9. Remove them from the water and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  10. Sprinkle coarse salt on top of the pretzels or bites.
  11. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. Melt butter and brush it over the pretzels or bites.
  13. Serve and enjoy!
