  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the sour cream and flour.
  4. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Top with half of the caramel sauce and half of the apple pie filling. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cheesecake.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  7. Before serving, drizzle with additional caramel sauce and top with whipped cream.
