Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Biscuit dough
  • 250 gram Ground beef
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is softened.
  3. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
  4. Stir in the tomato sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. Roll out the biscuit dough and cut into circles.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto each circle of dough.
  7. Fold the dough in half and seal the edges.
  8. Place the stuffed biscuit pies onto a baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let the pies rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  11. Garnish with parsley before serving.
