Strawberries are not actually berries, but rather an aggregate fruit.

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the base of a tart tin and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yoghurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Dissolve gelatin sheets in warm water and add to the yoghurt mixture. Stir well.
  3. Pour the yoghurt mixture onto the biscuit base and spread evenly. Top with sliced strawberries.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
