Strawberry-Vanilla Danishes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 6 equal squares.

Place a spoonful of vanilla custard in the center of each square. Top with sliced strawberries.

Fold the corners of the pastry squares towards the center, creating a diamond shape. Press the edges to seal.

Brush the danishes with beaten egg and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastries are golden brown.
