  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, unsalted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the dough comes together.
  2. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions and shape each portion into a disc. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Roll out one portion of the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  5. Cut out rounds using a cookie cutter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spoon a teaspoon of strawberry jam onto each round.
  7. Roll out the remaining portion of dough and cut out rounds of the same size.
  8. Place the rounds on top of the jam-filled rounds and press the edges to seal.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  10. Allow the tarts to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  11. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
