In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, unsalted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the dough comes together.

Divide the dough into 2 equal portions and shape each portion into a disc. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Roll out one portion of the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.

Cut out rounds using a cookie cutter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spoon a teaspoon of strawberry jam onto each round.

Roll out the remaining portion of dough and cut out rounds of the same size.

Place the rounds on top of the jam-filled rounds and press the edges to seal.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Allow the tarts to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
