Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, orange zest, and lemon zest.

Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, alternating with the orange juice and lemon juice.

Gently fold in the sliced strawberries.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
