  2. In a bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crust and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of tart pans to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate with the heavy cream over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled crusts.
  6. Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the chocolate filling.
  7. Place the tarts in the refrigerator and let them rest for at least 1 hour.
  8. Before serving, sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the tarts.
