Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Bread dough
  • 1.5 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1.5 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the bread dough into a rectangular shape.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, dried oregano, and salt.
  4. Spread the butter evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle the mixed herbs and salt over the buttered dough.
  6. Spread the cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the dough.
  7. Roll up the dough tightly, starting from one of the long sides.
  8. Slice the rolled dough into 1-inch thick pieces.
  9. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  12. Serve warm and enjoy!
