  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

  4. Divide the batter into three equal parts. Leave one part plain, add red food coloring to another part, and blue food coloring to the remaining part.
  5. Pour the plain batter onto the crust in the springform pan. Carefully pour the red batter on top, followed by the blue batter. Use a knife to gently swirl the colors together.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 2 hours.
  7. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
