Slice the yellow squash, zucchini, onion, and garlic.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced vegetables, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese.

Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.

In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs and melted butter.

Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the top of the casserole.
